Why did I receive this kit and supplies?

Your healthcare provider recently identified the need for a collagen based primary dressing, along with a protective secondary dressing to ensure proper wound progression without complication. Should you have any questions related to who ordered the kit for you or how to use the supplies, please reach out to our team via phone or email.

What if I haven’t received my package yet?

We apologize for any delayed packages and while this is a rare occurrence, we recognize it is not impossible. We use trusted third party shipping partners, FedEx Corporation, and occasionally there may be weather related delays [see here for areas impacted]. In the instance that your area has not experienced any weather, please reach out to our team to verify your delivery address is correct.

Please note that packages shipped on Fridays with 2 Day service, will deliver on Tuesdays.

I need a refill, what are my options?

If you have used all of the materials in your originally prescribed package and feel additional are necessary, please reach out to your provider for an additional prescription to be sent to orders@mirodx.com. In some instances a follow up visit may be necessary, in others a refill can be processed and mailed same day.

Should you reach out to our team directly for a refill, we will help you coordinate with your provider for additional materials to be sent.

I think I am missing some supplies, what are next steps?

If you feel materials are missing from your package after reading the printed and digital materials provided, please email help@mirodx.com or call +1-888-656-3444 to report the missing components and for new materials to be sent ASAP.

My package contains damaged items, how can this be remedied?

If your package was damaged during transit please email help@mirodx.com with an image of the damage and we will assess what replacements are necessitated and issue additional materials ASAP.

How do returns work?

If you feel the kit was improperly ordered and delivered to you, please reach out to your prescribing provider to ensure they are aware of the return. Once done, you may fill out this form for next steps to process your return.

What is CareKit Connect?

CareKit Connect “CKC” is our engagement software tool which aims to triage issues to the appropriate team and resources quickly. Eliminating friction when using our supplies and during your wound care journey is of utmost importance to us.

How can I opt out?

If you would like to opt out of CKC calls, please fill out this form. During your calls, there is also an opt out menu option for ease of use.
